Let us follow Lee Chong Wei to the 2011 Korea Open Premier Super Series

LCW's draw can be obtained in this tournamentsoftware link;
http://www.tournamentsoftware.com/sport/draw.aspx?id=8C42017D-9BA4-44C2-83DB-CBBEA211BF37&draw=2

Someone said that LCW's form is good at the beginning of every year and dips in the middle of the year around June, July, August. And then his form goes up again at the year end.

LCW was in top form last week, at the 2011 Malaysia Open Super Series. He was like on a level above all his opponents.

Let's see if LCW can continue with his current top form. Jan O Jorgensen will be the first to test LCW out (in Round 1).

Looking at the draw, there is a possibility of LCW coming up against 3 CHN players if he is to win this tournament. From the quaterfinal(probably Chen Jin),semifinal(BaoChunlai,Chen Long),final(Lin Dan).Very very tough indeed. From the draw, this proves that when you have a big pool of quality players, it lessens the burden on each individual player such as the case of CHN.LCW does not have this luxury plus the added weight of the whole country on his shoulders expecting him to reach the finals everytime. If he does not limit and select his competition participation carefully, as age is catching up with him, he could
risk long term injury which could jeopardise his chances of competing at the Olympics next year.

It is an army of Chinese players. The rest of the world needs to catch up...

Good things will come to an end eventually... sometimes sooner is better than late... It's not possible to peak throughout the year and win all tourneys... Let's hope LCW will peak in AE and WC this year... that is what it counts most... BOLEH?

Very true. Just hope that LCW will peak every time meeting LD.

2011 Korea Open PSS: LCW and LD are in different halves of the draw

.
Because LCW and LD are in different halves of the draw, we need both of them to win all their first 4 matches; so that we can see their match on FINALS DAY. :):):)
.

IMHO, currently LCW is playing better than LD

.
Both LCW and LD need to peak at the same time if we expect them to meet each other. This is because their higher World Rankings will get them to be seeded higher for any tournament draw. They would only meet at the semi-finals or at the final.

If LCW and LD do not peak at the same time, they would be eliminated in earlier rounds. Therefore, they won't get the chance to meet each other.

IMHO, currently LCW's form is better than LD's.
