to a certain extent he has a point. from an outside point of view all we can see are current results from all levels of the team.

regarding the videos of lcw helping out, i'm asking myself 'how often does he do this and how long is he committed to doing this?'

and as far as having state of the art facilities what good are they if bam doesn't utilize them and/or manage them, correctly?

motivating all juniors is impossible, but if you can't motivate ANY of them that's a major staffing problem.

 

Because he is still the highest ranked MS player. You don't see other KOR put Kwang He Heo instead of Son Wan Ho.

Iskandar has been given chance and Lee Zii Jia to come as MS2/3.
If we put Soo Teck Zhi there, he will lose to a Sri Lanka player again.

 

Even at SEA Games level, Iskandar/Zii Jia cracked, in home crowd, failed to get a decent achievement.

 

Something got to give, you need to regenerate your squad no matter how painful it is. MF would not have agreed to keeping LCW beyond WC this year if the stupid BAM did not interfere.

- Better facilities as sport science and Podium Program.
- Plenty of time to show result.
- At least 10 tournament for each MS player.
