Hi, I'm interested in the red T-shaped grommets and the circular plastic rings that has its sides cut. May I know if you ship them to Singapore?

They look great. Nylon 66? What's the price for one bottle?

They cost $65 USD for a bottle (~1000), very expensive.

This is getting better and better. Those new ones look like they have a thicker upper part with small ribs around which get squeezed a you push the grommet in and lock it inside the frame. That way they are unlikely to be pulled out of the hole with a high chance of damaging the string while you pull it.

OP's old standard grommets were sitting very loose in the single pass holes on a JS10 for example.

In regards to these new ones, they have slight ridgelines near the head of the grommet so that, this applies a little pressure on the hole to hold the grommet in place.

    Here's a closeup shot, G-Tone5 @ 31lbs There's a generous gap. More than I'm used to seeing.

That's exactly what I meant. I've just killed a set of LN1 in a client's JS12 after I had changed a single pass grommet at 2 o'clock. I didn't remember to hold it in place while the WISE pulled - grommet gets pulled out of the hole, string touches the frame and the outer layer gets stripped immediately. Annoying as hell.
So if these grommets are designed to be held in place, that's just plain brilliant.

Gap between frame and string on that pic looks nice. Seems like I really need to consider placing another order from the grommet king.

I replaced all the grommets on a new racquet with all new thicker head grommets. The single pass grommets (2.1mm) were very snug. Had to really push them all the way in. The larger multi-pass grommets (2.6mm), some where loose. Had to pay attention to them. They were snug in their holes on a cheapo Yonex Nanoray 20, but on this test racket it was loose.

In any case, 4 new rackets changed to the new grommets (kind of a waste because the original Victor grommets are pretty good).
    31lbs, 30lbs, 30lbs, 29lbs respectively (GT5 madness)

I've just ordered from the op as well. MBS shipment still stuck at Hong Kong otb something something so if they don't arrive soon (this is the 11th day I believe), I'll at least have Dennis as backup.

I know I'm being impatient but I've had to cut off the grommets from my DZS and it's lying there naked without grommets.

It is, but I'm willing to pay for grommets that actually work properly at >30lbs tension.

    @s_mair
Just discovered that depending on the racket, the grommets don't get held in place properly even with the wings/ridges, because the hole is just that large. Or in one case, the hole is slightly bigger than it originally was due to crappy grommets + high string tension.

Just got more grommets from the OP. My DZS looks really funky now but I like it.

OP / Dennis's grommets are the only ones I've found reliable at my tensions with thin strings. The Big Red T grommet for the shared hole seems to be made from a different material than normal ones so I'm interested to see how they fare. Also got some experimental grommets from him which I'm very excited to try.

Very much worth the money for me. Almost nothing else in bulk lasts past one string job and ends up scaring the crap out me as the string seems like it's about to touch the bare frame given how thin the material is.
