But what surprised me the most is Jung/Lee suffered the same fate with KKK/CCM, they both lost to the indonesian pairs, which wasn't what I expected

    Mixed surprises..

hmm, i have mixed feeling of surprises..Wasn't surprise Tony/Candra pulled it out, albeit in a 3 setters..But somewhat surprise to see Markis/Hendra pulled it out vs. the KOR's #1 pair...The victory by the latter pair shows that perhaps they "have arrive" and become INA #1 MD pair to contend with..
On that note, tomorrow's match between the junior INA Pelatnas vs. their senior counterparts should be another interesting match; it could go 3 setters as well..Let's see if the juniors have learned anything from their recent defeat against their seniors at the Indonesia Open..:p

Yes, what a surprise to me..Yes, coach Richard is their coach, Hendrawan is the WS' coach..Seems to me that they've really prepared these 2 pairs well prior to them coming...Hope they can take 1 more step to the Final, if not, they've accomplished a pretty nice feat..;)

    My 2 cent

Think on the positive side, KKK/CCM have gotten a valuable sparring lesson from two great players. Although the Malaysians lost to Chandra/Tony but they know they are within the same level as this great pair. I wish other younger Malaysia pairs have more exposure in playing against great pairs from other nations. It's not about winning and losing rather what knowledge/experience do you gain from those matches.
As for Wong Miew Choo, I am so happy for her as she has been such a hard worker with average results until now, I think have Zhou Mi as sparring partner has helped tremendously. Why not hire Zhou Mi as sparring coach as Malaysia does have pretty decent women team now with Wong Miew Choo, Julia Wong and Lydia Cheah(Junior), should be no problem advance to Group A in Uber cup with the help of Zhou Mi.(I am sure Li Yongbo will send another warning to Zhou Mi if this come thru but why even care about the conflict of interest express by coach Li as Zhou Mi also need to making a living like anyone else)
As for Roslin, well done and should include him in the Asian Games squad.

Roslin should be included in the Asian Games squad. He beat Korean third singles Park Sung Hwan at his home ground prove that he is reliable as Malaysian third singles (or fourth singles if Wong CH is selected). With LCW and Hashim brothers in MS and KKK/CCM and LWW/CTF in MD, Malaysia should be a strong contender in Doha Asian Games Mens Team Events.:D
