knee makes sound when i bend it

    It just happen rencently when i do warm up, when i sit up and bend down, my knees makes cracking sound but its not hurt or anything. Wondering why ? Is it serious ? Thanks

    isnt dangerous. happens. similar to cracking your fingers. helium?

    This type of question is hard to answer online.
    Most painless knee cracking is probably harmless.
    But there are things that can happen to knees which may become more serious if ignored.

    So, if this cracking is a completely new thing for your knees and you are concerned about it, then please see someone who can actually examine you. Good luck. :)
