Yet another achievement by KKK!!!!!!!!!!:cool:

While Tony Gunawan was able to win 3 World championships GOLD MEDALS with 3 different partners, KKK had been able to win 3 world championships BRONZE MEDALS with 3 different partners as well... WOW... he just tied a legend's(Tony.G) achievement.:cool:

Where is the huge $$$ bonus, the free land, and the Datukship for this hugely successful player??? Come on, give the man some credit!!!;)

haiz..yup..its quite dissapointing too..very hearbreaking moment for me:crying::mad::mad:
 
I was shock that they lost... utterly shocked! Too bad they lost.. but again.. they played well. Koreans played well too.. but i think they got lucky as well.

..actually, to be specific:
- Tony Gunawan has only won 2 WC MD Gold medals (2001 & 2005) with 2 different partners.
- KKK has won 3 total Bronze medals. But only 2 in MD (2005 & 2009), w/different partners, and 1 in XD (2006)..

So, in a way, one could argue that despite not having any WC Gold medal clung around his neck, KKK has won more WC medals than Tony..;)

i only witnessed the 1st & 2nd games; even then the score was close. In the 2nd game LYD & JJS upped their game...but i crashed out for the last game..

Tony.G/Candra.W won WC MD gold medal in 1997.
