    It was all 5 KOR finals in last year edition and high possibility for home shuttlers to sweep 4 titles this time. WS is the only category that other participants can challenge local prowess as two leading KOR WS, Bae YJ and Sung JH skip their home GP.

    Here is the tournament venue, qualification started today and main draw matches are tomorrow. There will be at least 1 streaming court for the tournament.

    LOL! I love the PiP of the hand-flipped scoreboard. See the players faces pop into larger view occasionally!

    WOoooo! Trippy! It's actually Picture in a Picture in a Picture! When a player on the far side moves across the righthanded forehand side, that's like one of those weird mirror effects!

    First round major upset, XD top-seed Ko SH/Kim HN was sent packing by JPN Kazuno/Miyauchi, 18-21 / 20-22.

    Another top-seed suffered first round exit, TPE Pai Hsiao Ma lost to Ayumi Mine, Japanese WS shuttlers look good here, Sato, Okuhara and Ohori also prevailed.

    The defending champion Lee Hyun Il is still hot fave here. Some KOR back-ups like Lee Dong Keun, Jeon Hyeok Jin and Heo Kwang Hee are expected to show some improvement. Let alone former WJC Hong Ji Hoon who's far from impressive at senior stage.

    It was much expected... HMP is not in her element...
    She is just out of the consideration now..her rankings is also unjustified this days
