Hello, Much to my sadness, my barely used JS10 has a crack on the side of the frame. Can't remember if it was a clash or floor, but anyway.. The strings snapped cleanly in the middle, no sign of distortion. Is it worth restringing? Or will it just be a waste of string? Thanks.

Yikes. I've got one similar. It's not gone quite as far through (50% rather than yours looks like 75%). I thought insaw it caving at 24lb during string so I did 21x22 and the consensus is still thst its going to collapse. So much for small head strong frame. I've seen a few break at the same point recently. Sorry for your loss.
As much as I thought that that would be the case, I didn't want the confirmation. Alright thanks guys.
Even if you manage to string it successfully, the next mishit or contact with the floor will totally finish it.
