PBSI do Promotion new players to Pelatnas in every year, usually they did it in Feb or March. They collect some players for nominee then make sellection in Cipayung. I think they will do again this year, some young players & clubs will complain if PBSI won't present it unless PBSI change National training system to be de-centralize.
