Gao Fangjie fails to hold on to her good lead and was overtaken in the end in G1. Like most young attacking players, she's still not sure how to handle a runner and excellent retriever who gets a lot back.
Oie Natsuki proving her victory over Goh Jin Wei is no fluke. Sooner or later, a tall attacking player like Gao Fangjie, who in my humble opinion has the attributes to be a very good player, will meet a player like Oie and have a taste of what it's like when almost all your shots keep coming back, frustrating and annoying you, testing your patience and stretching you to the limit. I just hope she'll draw valuable lessons from it and continue to work hard and realize her potential one day. In the semifinal, I'd like to see Oie do the same to Pornpawee who, however, is in fine form and more experienced than Gao FG.
For the QFs today, select the Ct (No,4, I think) and the match (second match of the day for the court concerned). For the earlier rounds , search on youtube the Day's matches, 1(R1 and R2),2(R3 and R4), or 3 (R5), and whether it's the morning or afternoon sessions, eg Sun Feixiang in R5 is Day 3, afternoon session, and, of course, then switch the camera for the Court's matches to the right one that you're looking for. Bear in mind, there are more than one match played on the same court, so check the order of play and move the time slider accordingly to get to the match you want.
@antssantss, say, you're looking for Sun Feixiang vs Sen Lakshya R5 match in Day 3 afternoon session on Court 8, it's here
Thanks Justin. SF 's matches are interesting. He seems to be pacing himself and this was evident in his game against LS where he lost the second set and then won easily in the third. Similarly, having played KW before he didn't want a third game and finished it quite easily.
This post has nothing to do with the WJC. Am I the only person having problem with the live streaming from the usual betting site? I keep getting into the page with the options on the right hand column missing as shown in the photo below.

Oie Natsuki is a player to watch, not only is she a remarkably good runner and retriever, she has good placement shots and can attack fairly well.
China juniors have secured XD crown, top-seed He Jiting/Du Yue will take on Zhao Haodong/Hu Yuxiang tomorrow.
At 164 cm, Oie isn't short, and at age 18, she can still grow taller the next couple of years till about age 21.
