I am wondering if anyone had this injury I feel that it is about lower of my right shoulder blade. I’m not a doctor but judging from pictures, possibly rhomboid. I think it happen during smash. during the recovery, once I felt a spread burning sensation on my skin around my mid upper back but it didn’t hurt, I just feel it when I move around my shirt (rubbing the skin againts the cloth) but somehow my wife felt a knot and after she massage it, the burning feeling is gone and never return. (I wonder if the injury affect a nerve) can someone who had similar injury share their experience. Cause, type of discomfort, location of discomfort and healing journey. Thanks
