I still haven't received a shipping notice. What's the current status regarding processing and shipping time of new orders?

Hello! At the moment with the demand, there's a 5 business day delay before we can ship. Delivery time tends to be between 7 and 14 days to Europe. Shipping cost is around $7-8 USD.

Just saw this and looks fun for me and the kids to try. Ive just ordered and the webpage mentions shipping in 4 days for new orders, fingers crossed.

I assume these are indoors use only? If not i be ok on a brick wall?

Hello! They were invented with indoor use in mind, so that's what's recommended. I would suggest avoiding really rough surfaces that can cause any snags (splintered wood, coarse/sharp brick), but if it's a fairly smooth brick wall, then it should be alright!

We may have to update that 4-day wait... We've received some HUGE orders over the weekend. We'll get yours shipped as soon as possible!

Thanks for the response. I make sure the kids use it indoors.

I really hope my order doesn't get delayed, but thanks for the update.

These are good but one thing I would change is the colours. My aging eyesight would prefer some brighter options!

And I thought I was the only one having that issue. Indoors with average living room lighting conditions it’s not easy to follow the beige/gray hecsball.

Apart from that, I really love playing around with it. Good thing I’ve noticed - you get a good feedback if you’ve hit the ball in the sweet spot or not. It bounces off nicely from the sweet spot but stays pretty much dead if you miss it.

You guys aren't the only ones who'd like something more visible. The main issue is finding the material we need in that color. We'll be working on making that happen once COVID-19 settles down.

Thank you for acknowledging the sweet-spot effect! Those little things often go unnoticed. Miss-hits aren't rewarded, yet you won't pop your strings!

By the way, we're always looking to improve everything we do and make, so we're very open to suggestions and consider to all constructive criticism.

Can you not just get some clothing dye to change the colour? I know it sounds a bit fiddly, but i presume it will work?

Its agony waiting for my order to ship and delivered to UK. Staying at home all the time just makes the wait longer :(

while anyone waits for the delivery try squash balls, actually it is very good workout - usually pulse is holding around 135bpm all the time, and definitely not saying that it is better than hecsballs, but only a temp solution.

After just playing with it for an hour or so I would say it's good. I bought it specifically on Amazon for around $20+. I had fun especially with the blue small Hecsball (bounciest) against the wall and backhand spinning net shots which were satisfying due to being round. Not to discredit the medium and large Hecsball were also good but since I just got them it will take time to adjust. Interestingly on Amazon they said in the description that it was quiet in which it was not as I expected.

Overall, this is a good equipment to have and I would like to see a new version of the Hecsball in the making which it is quiet just like what it said in the description on Amazon.

You probably already noticed, but just in case you haven't, I do find that the larger hecsballs are quite a bit quieter than the smallest one. Makes sense given the small ball feels more firm/dense.
