I bought some Aerosensa birdies recently from a confirmed genuine Yonex distributor on eBay and I noticed a significant drop in quality both in terms of hitting and visual quality. The most obvious sign is the tube interior being brown and cardboard texture, instead of white. The seller insists that the birdies are directly sourced from Yonex, but I contacted Yonex USA and received a reply back that said I may have received counterfeit birdies. Does anyone know what's going on here? Did I really get counterfeit shuttlecocks from an authorized distributor or am I going crazy? Album with pictures here. Thanks in advance.
