    Re

    Hi,

just like to know if yr parents r the same height as u?
This is of the parents' gene which is pass down to us.
there is a way to increase yr height.
Do more jumping, like play basketball, skipping.
this will help a bit. not so much.
think yr growing age is abt to end soon,
so u should start as early as possible to grow higher.
    Hope it helps.

    mmm.

Probably you'll have growth spurts. I had a couple when I was 16... so don't worry!! If I get it, probably you might get it. (I do not gurantee!)

There's not much more you can do to grow other than the above mentioned by Cengsc.

But if you are that desperate, try sleeping more and drinking 1 litre of milk everyday without fail. While you sleep you grow and you need lots of calcium and protein so milk is important.

Exercise mroe too. Don't sleep late ( I know lots of youngsters like you do that :p even me :p)

    Cheers

There isn't really a whole lot you can do besides eat and sleep right, stay away from heavy lifting. You are pretty much limited to your genes. Don't worry though, most men grow till they are 20-22! You have time :)

I stopped growing vertically about 21 :crying:. Average height. Ideally a little bit taller, but my family have always had short legs, so I didn't do too bad. Agree with others..eat, sleep, rest and plenty of exercise in between.

After that you'll start to grow horizontally :p

I dont think 1.64 is that short, especially as you are only 15. You have many years maturing yet.

    I wouldn't consider 1.66 tall.

    I am 13 and 1.75.

Grew 20 cm from age 10 to 12.
Tall for me is over 180.

Guys, dun worry about ur height so much, everybody has different maturing stages in life. Since most of u guys r still in ur early teens, there is still alot of time to grow. I think males grow until 20 under the right conditions? not too sure, but dun worry about it, as long as u have a good night's sleep and get the right nutrients and exercise, u'll grow :)
btw, i'm asian, 18(almost 19) and 181cm and have been since 14yrs old. :D so no growth since then, except in the horizontal :(

    20cm in 2 years?? I grew only 36cm from 6 years old to now(14)! That's 8 years.. Lol.

Say, I just realised that BF suddenly has quite a few members my age.:D

Eddie Choong is 5'2" I believe.

Anyway I don't really mind being short. Malaysian men are short afterall.:p *Hides from BF's Malaysian men*
