Minatsu just upset JYJ. Another DOPSS fatigue victim

when ?? i think, the pair of Alvent/Ahsan only played in Asian Games... or Axiata (not sure) ?
but Boe/Mo didnt play in Axiata, right ? only one of them represent Philippine if not mistaken...

Sudirman Cup 2011 INA vs DEN. I normally know/remember my stuff.

Anyway, I decided to just go TS and check the H2H, just in case I was wrong.

I can understand the fatigue factor for the olympians but I dont see that in the case of JYJ. I think she was fit enough even though it was back to back tournaments. Minatsu is up and coming player who is slowly starting to play to her potential.

Don't forget CHN players have been involved in the CBSL and JYJ is no spring chicken either.

Just checking in, so sorry for late comments but....

Hooray for Sony pulling through against the potentially dangerous Varma. :)
And for Sapsiree advancing in WS..

JYJ doesn't have staying power nor sufficient attacking arsenal - she can't tolerate too many long rallies. Not like the Miss Wangs - well except WSX of course. Seeing her losing to players who may be fitter despite having less technical ability is quite common.

    You bet!
    The Cute One won.
Now it's the Great One too, lol.
But I do feel really sorry for JYJ. She does seem to be a very nice person.
I usually root for her, except for this match.

If that's indeed the case, let's see if Ma Jin and her WD/XD partner will crash out in earlier stage or not... ;)

He must have expended all his nervous energy besides the physical aspect in his match against LCW last week. Anyway, welcome back :D.

WSX is going to show WL the meaning of rustiness.

Mucho gracias :D. So depressing to back in the gloom and cold :(.

DUPY definitely pushed his chips all in against LCW last week and you can see he had relatively little left today. His style of play works against him in these situations. He'll be a classic player that burns out early.
