That's the reason CHN players skipped so many SS, including many year grand slams final. now the home price reached over 60k per sqmeter, that money can only buy 30 square meters. So the prize itself is nothing, but it reflects the achievement which more than the prize money.

Yeah, the better question is which individual won the most after the MS and WS singles winner. The answer would be Tian Qing (more than 23k) if we assume that the doubles pairs split their winnings equally. If she had won the XD event also, she would be the biggest winner.
