Some definitions: Beginner: Able to somewhat hit the shuttlecock consistently. Mid beginner: Know the game rules, able to hit the shuttlecock consistently with certain degree of success on Low/High serve, Clear, Drop, Smash, Basic Net play. High beginner: All the above. Able to somewhat execute basic stroke/footwork, and know basic doubles rotation. Low Intermediate: All the above with greater success. Mid Intermediate: All the above with greater success.
