What i hate about her is that she lets her opponent know how tired she is her facial gestures are what she needs to work on in addition to her mental strength.

I hope she learnt somethings from her experience against the veteran star SN

I remember Steen or Gill commented on that before, like maybe the opponents should try delaying or prolonging the game as he moved around so much between the points that he should have run out of energy eventually. lol But that never happens.

nah, not a chance. To get more than 100k, you need to win like half of the total titles from high lebel tournaments. On top of that, a player should not lose too much at early stage.

Minions will play Kamura/Sonoda.. should be an interesting & tough match for them. They're tied up at 4 all in their H2H. Who will win this one? hmm

When the minions were on court, they yelled: Let's go yellow, let's go! I don't know what they yelled during the last MD match.

Yeah, I'm worried about Kevin lately. He makes too many errors in every match for a WR1.

I think it's 5-4 for Minions if their win in the Asian Games' team is included

Not only Hoki/Kobayashi, many pairs are also targeting Kevin when they attack mostly with steep smashes to prevent him from going forward to intercept.

He is more like higher version of H S Prannoy.

H S Prannoy has beaten many top players . But the thing is he could be beaten by any good player.

I thought someone else in the prev page mentioned that they are tied up at 4 all in their h2h..

After checking out bwf website, apparently you're right.. Minions stil have a lead in their h2h.. but still it doesnt change the fact that this JPN pair can pose much of a threat for minions.

    5 quickies...

    1) sports: rock paper scissors

    2) being ranked #1 in the world means you were able to win more matches in a row during each tournament than everyone else over the past 52 weeks. so yes, you are the best player/pair in the world at this moment. h2h means nothing in this regard.

    3) tournament draws are not 'fixed'... you're obviously on a computer/phone, which is a great tool as opposed to a toy. use it intelligently and you will find the answers to your ?'s.

    4) the tournament organizer has control over the daily start times and court line-up, not bwf. it is discussed with the tournament referee. however, the referee rarely opposes anything.

    5) sonoda's bloodstream consists of erythrocytes, leucocytes and trimethylpurine. i would not be surprised to learn he does not sleep.

First , I saw CTC in disbelief at his incredible late return so tight over the net that he raised his eyebrows as if to say, hmm, why am I so good.

Next, I saw AA mighty pleased at his good fortune when CTC mishit a sitter into the net that he crawled on his knee before getting up, thus requiring the floor to be mopped.

Overall, it's has been a well-fought and entertaining match so far

Anders Antonsen reminds me of Viktor when Viktor was 21 to 22 years old. Anders is making the same mistakes Viktor made back then. Anders needs to be more patient. Also, Anders needs to cut down on his mistakes. Hopefully, if he improves the way Viktor improved, Anders can become a better player in 2 years time.
