    CLASH OF CLANS Arctic Open 2023 powered by YONEX

    In 2014, the second international tournament in Finland launched as Finnish International, then this tournament changed its title to Finnish Open. From 2023 onwards, this will be a BWF World Tour Super 500 tournament, titled Arctic Open.

    In 2020,2021,2022 this tournament was cancelled due to pandemic.

    In 2019, when it was Finnish open, following players were the winners of respective discipline.

    MD :Mohammad Shohibul Fikri/Bagas Maulana(INA)

    WD:Erina Honda/Nozomi Shimizu(Japan)

    So, this is not Finnish open. Possibly they will give the tournament later to Sweden, Norway..

    It was not like injury. After interval of 3rd game, he went to umpire and wanted to retire. No idea ?.

    NTY draw look kind of smooth tbh and he's playing well too, he should be able to make the final. At least, I will be surprised if he does not. If he does make the final, I hope on that day he just play for his life and win his first major title

    One day ticket for Friday 38,60€.
    In Finland you can't even watch Finnish national championships free from tv. I once wrote to the Finnish badminton association that you should have the discussion forum for people who like to exchange thoughts and ask questions. What a good idea they said. But nothing has happened in a couple of years. No wonder badminton is not very popular here.
