Most things don't, I think it is only where they have paid for UK rights and in other countries have paid for theres - BBC can't effectively "stream" free to the world. Also I believe you can't see iplayer stuff as this is the bbc programmes- that they may sell to other countries. It is most prevalent in sporting articles (eg. Formula 1)
