Hope everyone had a good Christmas with New Year’s Day coming up in a few hours. The nicest thing about being in Asia is that you can still train on the public holidays! I had 2h morning sessions on Christmas Day and Boxing Day and another one coming up on New Year’s Day. The rest of the day is spent eating, …whoops…..I mean paying attention to nutrition and recovery. LOL Happy New Year all BCer’s and may your badminton continue to improve! Train to impress
