Yes, I think so too.... :p Simon is above their level now... Mmm... except for a fit WCH. He is one tough 'senior' player... :)

come on..think positive for MAS team ...we still have 6 months to go for TC....I think WCH deserves to be in a team for morale bosster plus TCS or Arif...5 MAS singles( LCW, Hafitz,WCH,LTS, TCS or Arif ) and 2 MD..( KK/TBH, LWW/CTF)

I agree with Krisna that the Indonesian squad started to have better belief in themselves after the CM SS win.

It wasn't so much about the win, but the fact that Vita Marissa/Lilyana Natsir were able to break the stranglehold in China's strongest event, Women's Doubles, and that too after having had to qualify for the main draw. The effect to the whole INA squad is even more powerful than if INA had won in events they are competitive (MS, MD, XD).

It even forced LYB's hand to recall Zhang Jiewen and reform their top WD combination ...... :D:D:D

    Great job, Indonesia!!!

    Hmm..

..i think the status of New or Registered or Regular member is based on the length of time since he/she has registered in BC..Yes, i believe 3 months is the "probation" period...
..hehe, if he were all over BC, his post counts would surely double or even triple the current total..:p:rolleyes:;)
..if i'm not mistaken, in terms of SS titles this yr, i think MAS **is still** ahead of INA...INA has only won 1 title from Singapore Open (Flandy & Vita) & 1/2 title from Japan Open (Candra W.)...INA "best" showing, so far, this yr were during the Sudirman Cup and World Championships; and both are not Super Series event..;)

    Off topic-Hmm..

    ..yeah, that one too..;)..
So, the stats of the SS winners, as of now, stands @ :
    CHN - with a whopping 26 titles out of a possible 40 titles -WOW!
    DEN - with 2 titles
    MAS - with 5 titles
    INA - with 2 1/2 titles
    KOR - with 2 titles
    THA - with 1 title
    HK - with 1 title
and last but not least USA - with a very proud 1/2 title *woohoo*:p:cool:

So, based on the criteria of using the Super Series tourneys, looks like MAS are still, arguably, the 2nd most "powerful" baddy country behind CHN, with the exception of the WC and SC events..So, in order for INA to overtake MAS in the total # of SS titles, they have to get 3 more titles:cool:...Unfortunately this Chinese Taipei Open doesn't count as a SS event, as the INA squad looks set to have a representative in, at least, 4 Finals events..
