We have our BF's JR in final:

    Jonas/Lars vs Choong/Lee

As BF member, I'm cheering for JR.... but deep in my heart, hoping for my countrymen victory!;)

Good luck to all four players..... may the best pair win!!!:)

Haha..do u think Choong/Lee can pull it off? Well..the odds are kinda against them now cos..Jonas/Lars are a tough pair to beat.

Tan Fook's quick reaction can determine the outcome of this match. On his day, Tan Fook is one of the deadliest MD player I have ever seen in front, in defense or attack. On the other hand, on his bad day, he will shake his head a lot and start hitting out or into the net. As for Wan Wah, he has a more powerful but less piercing smash than Tan Fook and he has greater reach, so he is more suitable behind. However, the good thing about this pair is that both of them can switch positions/roles anytime and their understanding is obviously very good.

I have not seen a great deal to comment accurately for Jonas/Lars, all I can say is that they make very few mistakes and are very agile despite their height. It takes a lot to shake their confidence. They are very mature for their age.

As I said earlier on, the outcome of this match could well be determined by one person, that is my view.

I rate the match as 50-50.
Even when Choong/Lee at their best, I think they will not have it easy as Jonas/Lars are a tough pair to crack!
Anyway, Malaysians will be cheering behind them.
    MALAYSIA BOLEH!!!:)

If Choong/Lee can stop Jonas controlling the net, then the M'sians can win.

One thing going for the M'sians is that they have had big wins recently - Flandy/Eng and Ha/Kim both pairs twice. So their confidence is high.

I don't know wether the Danish pairs, who have to play mixed doubles as well, get a bit more jaded nearer the end of a tournament. But then again, Jonas and Lars beat Fu/Cai in China!

I'm giving it 51-49 in favour of the M'sians.

Hahah..wouldnt it be cool if Malaysia won both the MS and MD? :)

But im already happy that Choong Hann managed to make it to the final of the China Open, considering that he played back to back competitons. I'm also really proud that Choong/Lee have been really consistent so far by reaching the semi-finals or finals in quite a few competitions already. :D

Good Luck and All the best for Wong Choong Hann and Choong/Lee!! :) Even if Wong CH loses, i dont really care cos i'll still be his no 1 hardcore fan! Ahahah! :)
