Candra Wijaya International Badminton Centre is now open

Dear fellow members,

First of all, on behalf of Candra Wijaya International Badminton Centre, we would like to thank bh185008 for his/her kind introduction for CWIBC at Badminton Central, of course not to forget Kwun for allowing us to make posts here :)

CWIBC had its grand opening on 23rd January 2010 and is personally managed/trained by Candra Wijaya with some former Indonesia national players helping as sparring partners/assistant coach. We have more than 40 active members who train 2-5 times a week.

Who are the top prospects from the CWIBC? When will we see these prospects next? The Jakarta Open? :) And will they be competing under the name of a new club: CWIBC club? :)

Dear Krisna,

Most of our kids are still very young and most of them are still learning the basics of badminton. However we do have a few young guns who are ready to take the challenge at the National circuit level.
Candra himself will decide who will be representing CWIBC in the coming tournaments :)

With the clubs producing sufficient talented BD pairs for the time being, the addition of CWIBC will certainly help to produce even more high-quality MD pairs in the future!

Taufik's club will produce future Singles players and Candra's club will produce future Doubles players..;)..Perfect combo..

For the second time after last year's edition, Candra Wijaya Men's Double Championship is being staged in Jakarta.

Wow..this tournament will be huge...all the well trained players will simply step over the non pro players..
