Goodbye Taufik. The only hope left to stop Lin Dan is Tago Kenichi. He has beaten CHN No. 2 and 3 before, can he make it to the final?

If Tago doesn't progress, Lin Dan will definitely win the BAC, no questions asked at all.

Nguyen Tien Minh is out too. Potential banana skin gone. Only left Tago.

Sago or Tago, no chance...also, HH KO the energizer fella NTM in another 3-setter, HH needs ginseng to play BP. The BAC title is already in LD's bag lah.:D

Since Lin Dan will be wanting to prove he's still got it, I'd be surprised if he didn't win. I'd put my money on Boonsak to reach the semis actually. That could be a tough match for him, and if Tago can work himself into the kind of form that got him to the All England final then he might have a chance (assuming he makes the final - which I hope he does!). But really I think all signs point to Lin Dan right now ;).

yes, the way it goes and the way this tournament started off without top chinese players, lcw and peter gade, there is no reason lin dan fails this time. some of lyb strategy change?

yes, lyb emailed PG and lcw, threatening to break their legs if they play in the BAC. LYB use voodoo doll treatment on TH which explain why his early exit.

possibly according to your breaking leg guess.....

but i think lyb saw improvement in lin dan's training and commitment earlier before bac start and we should have known when the other china players pulled out. probably he is helping lin dan to get back his winning boost... giving less pressure for him to win and this is a good strategy...

lyb had done that to lcw before so it wasn't an out of the blue guess.

fair enough if you think lyb's order of breaking legs will work and win tournaments, i will agree with you here..

what about taking off their balls and keeping them in a jar in a security room as broken legs can still be repaired.. :p
