Eagnas's new electronic stringing machine: http://www.eagnas.com/plus8000.html http://www.eagnas.com/jpgd2/p8bs.jpg
Gosen does have some stringing machines: http://www.gosen.co.jp/racket_sports/string/machine/index.html#GM1500 Fancy toys by Gamma : (less that 2 grand) http://www.gammasports.com/Gamma.cfm?ProdID=619&secondary=254561 -SC
Both Gosen and Yonex don't make stringing machines. They are just OEM marketers of stringing machines. Most of them are made in China by Chinese and Taiwanese companies.
Right, they are made by 2nd parties. But I mean they offer stringing machines...I didn't know that Gosen had one.
All that both Yonex and Gosen do is to re-package it in their name and triple the price. Brand name sells at a high premium. It even does make the buyer believe that it really strings better, that is until you take off all the Yonex disguise on the outer skin to reveal an Eagnas machine!
Well all these marketing, player support etc, is not for free. It must come from somewhere, thats the rule of this game. you want brand ? then have to pay for it. hmmmmmmmmmmm...... well it is kind of expesive. but I think also when you buy from a known brand you will also have a warranty, and RMA service. you pay mostly for the service.
Wilson got their own machine, too. However, it looks like another Eagnas... http://www.wilsonsports.com.tw/home/tennis/tennis_support/ex_7900w.htm -SC
