British Columbians See MS Final?

    According to my shaw digital cable box... CNBC will be showing the MS Final some time between 4am and 8am :eek:

    NM I found it... channel 38 in the lower mainland. Shaw's onscreen guide shows Olympic badminton from 4AM through to 7:30AM... :eek: Can it be true?!

    LOL I dunno about that... they might kill me for waking them up. A lot of them are playing in the VRC Summer Open (singles and doubles tomorrow).

    Men's Singles Gold Medal Match 16:10 - 17:20 Scheduled...What time is this canadian pacific time? that is when then match will air i guess :confused:

    Hmmm... I checked the "details" of this time slot and it says:

    CNBC Olym-Badminton

    Live coverage of men's basketball (New Zealand vs. Argentina), badminton (finals) and men's beach volleyball (Australia vs. Germany). World No.1 Lin "Super" Dan looks to earn China back-to-back singles gold in badminton.

    Both basketball and volleyball start at 2:30PM Athens time so I guess they'll be competing for air time. Badminton WD has already started and will probably almost be finished by the time 2:30PM AT rolls around. I think it's about 2:15PM AT right now. The MS final starts at 4:10PM AT which would be 6:10AM PST here(?). If beach volleyball and basketball are finished by then, I guess badminton will have all the air time to itself! Otherwise I can't see them choosing badminton over the other two sports which have been on every day since their beginning. The funny part of the description is that last line though... not only has Lin "Super" Dan has long been eliminated, but back-to-back gold? Where was his first one? LOL

    Ugh, if CNBC doesn't air bball, vball, or baddy by 4:30, then I think they aren't going to follow their scheduling. Either way I don't know if I'll last till 6AM! Probably pass out by then heheh :p.

    Ya i saw that CNBC will air badminton.... so i actually woke up early just to see it....but what do i get...the stupid WORLD BUISNESS show...it's was aweful! i was LOOKING FORWARD TO IT! GRR I HATE YOU CNBC!!

    Hahaha...reality kicks in! hey, if you says CNBC real fast a few times...it started to sound like CBC!!!! :D :D :D and you all know what is CBC coverage on olympic badminton is like....
