That's why I like Indonesians. Saina also stated Indonesia Open is her favorite tournament and a Happy hunting ground.

Oh yeah the two arch rivals on court and best friends off it...I was lucky to spot CM and PVS at a mall in hyderabad last year shopping but there were bodyguards so no commoners were near them.......Missing her so much wish she comes back soon.

Tomorrow match against AY should be a cracker. AY is also in fine form. I always love the matches of PVS against NO and AY. CYF was the world's leading player in terms of performance and form, and beating CYF like that should motivate PVS more who's coming from a rough patch. Good luck Sindhu for tomorrow.

In some sports or military conflict, sure. In real life, not so much. This is misunderstood social Darwinism, aka survival of the fittest. The "fittest" are the ones with the highest social skills, not the bullies. Technological and scientific advancement is greatest when everyone accepts that their fallible and cooperates across broders and disciplines and not just hammers home their own interests.

Do you think the big problems of the world (and of social organisation down to local level) are more easily solved by the Trumps or the Arderns of this world? Rhetorical question, of course. ;)

Would love to see CTC winning this tournament. An opportunity for him to win this tournament as no more KM, ASG, JC,CL and other top 10 players.

Hands down..INA people are soo amazing..i remember watching SN match as a kid and remember how Indonesians were showering her with all their love and support and even that time when once she lost to wang...They truly love the players irrespective of their nationality...and saina herself has stated INA is her most favourite country to play Badminton in

All world fans must take lessons from INA people including Indians

    Drumroll....!!!
Award for the Best BADMINTON FANS goes to.......INDONESIA

Indians love CM even though She's beaten PVS in finals of Olympics and WC, also beaten SN in WC finals. Carolina has a huge fan following here in India.

the way Sindhu win Okuhara and Chen Yufie make me scared. If tomorrow Sindhu win Yamaguchi, so she will be the number 1 seed to world champion tournament this year to me.

Especially no Carolina Marin this time.

I hope Yamaguchi will win world champion this year but my heart tells me that: This time! Sindhu! ^-^

Exactly! That's the whole dilemma here. It's ok to be aggressive on court with your style of play but it becomes something totally different off the court.

I wonder sometimes whether Steen analyses the matches correctly. When he likes a player, in this case chen yufei, he 'll keep on bombarding praises the whole match which I feel not good for a tournament. He keep on mentioning that this arena favours sindhu . What?. She has 4-3 h2h entering into this match and if this arena alone favours sindhu whatabout the victories she earned.

I have seen a very good change in Sindhu's game earlier she used to make errors and didnt actually capitalize on her height which I wished she did like VA does ..but this time She is just doing that even if the oponent plays drop shots she covers it also her backhand smashes are perfectly apt which i like a lot...I rarely saw her leave many shots its a great improvement and this will be tough for her opponents to handle.

Well, Thailand MS has good future. Kunlavut too is rising up the ranks and if he plays a lot of tournaments this year he may reach top 30. His present rank is 45
