    Hi guys,

For those that run social groups, do you have a badminton specific medkit you carry? What's inside?

    Common injuries we're seeing are:

    • Sprains (most common)

    • Rolled ankles

    • Fingers

    • Blunt force trauma.. (someone being hit with a racket)
What do you guys bring to help render first aid? Ideally the medkit should be small and light, but be able to respond quickly.

I'm thinking ice spray, instant cold packs x2, 5x resealable sandwich bags (to avoid direct contact with ice/cold things when applying cold), latex gloves x4, compression bandages x2, knee brace x1, bandaids (for small cuts, and for abrasions as is common with new shoes), hand sanitiser, possibly a finger splint.

    Mobdro

Does anyone have any free printable instructions on how to treat sprains, and knee dislocations?
