Akane lost to Chochuwong Pornpawee the other day, but she has redeemed herself yesterday . Today is another new day and Sung Ji Hyun is i devastating form so far.

 

Akane is not your typical runner and/or grinder, she is an attacker, and I'm impressed, the more so for her short stature.

 

Akane is really one of the fastest WS player on tour. So entertaining to watch, gotta love her ! At least three shots of the day already lol.

She won against Sung Ji Hyun in the final of the Korea Open, at SJH's home so I think she has confidence

 

The deception and attacking skills of Akane are really remarkable. Not as good a defender as Nozomi but a much better attacker

 

SJH very steady though. That's her strenght

Akane is one game to the good just, 22-20. She is playing at a high pace and taking the initiative to attack more in an attempt to negate Sung JH's height and reach, right strategy.
