    no, i mean if it lasts in usage. when you use it frequently does it last long? does it tear like the yonex shoes i had after just 3 months of frequent use.

    The only ASICS badminton shoe (GEL Blade) I saw in Toronto is '08 with blue color. I don't like the color. The '08 GEL TACTIC looks quite good but it is not really designed for badminton, according to its spec.

    Badminton here. ASICS GEL Blade is the only one explicitly indicated by ASICS for Badminton and Squash.

    My pair of Asics shoes...

    My current back-up pair of shoes ...

    Asics Gel Rocket (mid to low-range, I guess)

    (...which I like quite a bit, by the way) :D:D:D

    those are the ones with non removable sock liner right? is there room if we want to add sports insole? or maybe the shoes does not need additional sports insoles?

    oh my!!!! i would indeed have so much fun it this comes true. i would be all google eye at those awesome, new shoes with new shoes smell and all white and clean. it would be like a kid in a chocolate factory. i would enjoy it 100000% more if i was given some samples (and note the word 'some', which means more than one thank you) of asics and mizuno badminton shoes. :D:D:D:D:p:);):D:D:D:D

    Asics Gel Rocket insoles...

    • The (thin) stock insoles are removable. ;)
    • I suppose it can be done :cool:, either by;
      • placing the said insoles over the stock ones, or
      • replacing the stock insoles with the said ones
    • It comes down to personal preference, IMHO. They work well-enough for me in the present state, though. :)
    I hope this helps...

    ultimately you must feel comfortable, value for money and fully satisfied with it, if not why buy it and then grumble on it. Correct?

    Nice shoe ! claimed to have double-gel,very comfortable & good traction. Best price @ RM260. White is nice, after awhile either the PVC / Fabric White would turn yellowish, still a kicking-shoe to have :)
