    It was softball tennis, played on tennis court with different rackets/balls

    off topic... CHN also got a team in sepak takraw... almost upset MAS yesterday... lost narrowly 1-2 to MAS... BOLEH

    Problem is, the Japanese don't have the same fitness as Fran/Pia, let alone the Chinese pairs. They were steamrolled by the Russians in the Dutch Open final in the 3rd game.

    Now they are trying to play slower shuttles to allow more angles, but Chinese are dominating the 2nd game.

    Yeah but they didn't send a men's team. They're involved in a Test series against New Zealand at the moment
