I am assuming RoAccutane is a derivative of Accutane, since these things have a different name in the US. Accutane is a retinoid, which a derivative of vitamin A. All retinoids share the same side-effects profile. The relevant ones would be night blindness, headaches, muscle aches, bone spurs, high cholesterol and triglyceride, liver damage. That's why people on these medications should have regular blood tests.

    :)
