ActiveSG Booking System

Thanks Bro for the information. Seriously! This is a ********! It is already tough to book courts. Now they want everyone to compete to use activeSG credits to book courts in sports hall. PUI!

 

Bro the system actually quite fair.

Using activeSG credits. You only can make 1 sport hall booking. Can't book any other once u place a booking. There's a limit. I tried to book at 1 sport hall 2 hour, then I book another sport hall but can't.

Then I tried to book the same sport hall that I previously book. Also can't book already. Limit.

 

Do you mean that you can book more than 2 hours worth of court booking without activeSG credits? I guess that it would be a no. In fact, this limit of two hours worth of court booking per account has been imposed since the days of icanbook. My point is that why activeSG has to set such a restriction of using this credit for non-school courts when the aim of this initiative is to encourage everyone to be active in sports?

 

Yes I meant that I can only book 2 hours in a day and can't book at any court once you book already. That's what I meant.

Cause school hall is not subsidize I think?

 

Is it just me getting the error code:9967 ? Have tried all the credit card that there is available and have called those helplesslines for resolution but nothing worked. I was asked to try IE/Chrome/Safari - macbookpro, android, Ios and nothing worked. Final reply from the tech support - please walk to the sports hall and book the court manually Well, so much for spending 7M on this project :-0

 

I suggest u call the sports hall first. I got the same advice that u got. went all the way to the sports hall to book manually but they said that their system is down too. So wasted all my time and effort.

 

Nope. No error from booking any court.

 

Today after 10pm, I can't even see the court availability after login. Tried chrome and IE. Ridiculous.

 

Did anyone pay $3.50 an hour on a public holiday at ActiveSg?

 

The android app is not fully functional. I can see many courts available but not able to make payment. Thus change to using normal browser and completed my payment.

 

I saw a support technical staff at Delta sports hall today. A bit yaya papaya... Hopefully someone audit those who reward them.

 

I saw that ActiveSG has added this "Quick Booking" from 6am to 8am.
Does it apply to the 15th day booking as well? I logged in at 6am but the 15th day was not available on the calendar, but before 8am I tried again it was.

Are they still opening the 15th day for booking at 7am?

cant seem to book using activesg$, it keeps showing insufficient funds. anyone facing same issue?

 

Are u booking for sports hall. Or school hall?

If school hall. You can't use activeSG credit

 

I also got caught with wallet thingy. Cash and active points is different. they shd disable it and point to credit card if no money inside. zzz..Also, today I notice android not working. Can't book facility. Windows is ok. again... a big joke. Jokers.

 

Yes cash in ewallet of activeSG in ewallet is different. Today iPhone booking is fine. The system still need tuning.

 

School hall also under SSC rite? Why can't use?2 hrs restriction lousy. Wasted away those non booked courts. Lots of loop holes still. Not sure what they are trying to achieve when the holes still there.

 

Tried refreshing and 15th Day does not show on calendar at 7am exactly but a few seconds later. By the time, courts are already booked. Anyone knows why?

 

There's a quick booking system that allows booking from 6am. That's why courts are bully booked by 7am. I booked at 6am.
