Who else but a lady from Sabah! ;) My young friend in red was formerly a Malaysian state player, I think from Selangor and his hometown is in KL.

I am the one who met up with Loh :p. It was fun having Loh and the others watching the tournament together. And thanks for sharing the pictures Loh.

To everyone who's enjoying looking at the pictures, its actually quite tiring for Loh to take pictures all the time. But I do hope he did enjoy himself. :D

we should have some awards for different "forumers of the year" to recognise the efforts that some of these guys put in to provide us with all these resources.

    Thanks for all the pics..

..Loh, much appreciate your effort in taking them(as well as your equipments from S'pore to JB and back) and sharing them with us..esp. with the lack of ABC's pics in this sub-forum..Good to see a couple of BC members in the pics as well(where are the rest??)..;)
*Looking at KKK's new hairdo, esp. the last pic above, i think it suits him quite well-he looks "lighter"..;) :D
**And hFang, the pic above that, hmm, what did Taufik throw to the fans above??..thanks for sharing them also..:)

He's throwing some souvenir from the organizer. Its a shirt from Yonex. All the players were asked to throw to the fans after the prize giving ceremony. Loh managed to get one too!!:D

Yeah. When the prize ceremony was over, the fans on our side were cajoling KKK to throw over to them the souvenir Yonex T-shirt, packed in a transparent roll.

The guys in front of me stood up, excited, shouting and gesturing with their hands high up, all ready to catch like a goalkeeper. They were blocking my view so I had no choice but to stand up too to see what was going on. Before I knew it, something smacked right on to my face. KKK spotted me and used me as target. So I got the souvenir. But it had no KKK autograph and it is "S" size. :D

What chance do you have against KKK? Yes, I may be able to return one smash, two, but the third will come down so hard on my face that I may not be able to play on! So you win some, lose some. That way you can still enjoy the game.

He is not Xiong Guobao, he is one of the coaches in the national team, Li Zhifeng.

Thank you. Surprised that they still gave him a coach when he is still out of the National Team and is now independent! Maybe it was unofficial. ;)

I think KKK recognized me because I took a pic with him and the Malaysian women's doubles pair during the Melbourne Commonwealth Games. So he purposely rewarded me with my effort. :D

Oh no, I can't hold the camera with my hands. Not only will it be too tiring, the camera will shake and we will have most of the pictures with double images. I use a tripod to hold the camera while I click on it. But because the game is so fast, I have to set to the highest ISO speed and hope the autofocus can do its job properly. But as you can see from some pics, the images are not that clear.
