looks like its bye bye korea.... and unless the denmark 3rd ms messed it up. Korean 3rd ms is very tame. Not agressive. ;)

AA is so so glad. lol... no more messing around. ;)

Choi choked big time in the 2nd and 3rd game. Now the momentum is back with Denmark.

    Korea have blown it.

think Denmark goes to the F now. Vittingus vs Prannoy will be good, yes.

Only JPN can stop INA from winning it now imo, but JPN is like only fav in MS1. HokiKoba is established but i bet 10/10 , HerryIP will just put KevinAhsan again.

I think they splitted the Korean pairs just to improve their chances for Thomas cup.

    What a disappointment

Doesn't seem like it's all over for Korea as of yet.

His play is amateurish to be honest.

Son won ho would still be better despite his age

    IND vs DEN
MS1- DEN win 2-0 : Viktor bt Sen
    MD1 - IND win 2-1 : Sat-Chi bt Kim/Christiansen
    MS2 - DEN win 2-1 : Antonsen bt Srikanth
    MD2- DEN win 2-0 : Rasmussen/S0lgaard bt Dhruv/Kapila

    DEN WIN 3-1

This is probably how its gonna go :(
UNLESS IND manage to pull an upset in either MS2 or MD2 (MS1 no chance)
Then Prannoy vs Gemke/Vittinghus is 50-50

Looking at son wan ho result at the recent Korean open, why is he not selected as 3rd singles.

Even the Koreans know they will lose when that guy played.

I dun think they would have been so silent if son wan ho played.

    So difficult?

Wonder if Denmark would split Kim/Anders again tomorrow

    VA vs LS : 70-30
    MD1 : 40-60
    AA vs KS : 30-70
    MD2 : 60-40
    Gemke vs HSP : 50-50

I am hoping they split their pair and field HKV, that'll give India a tad higher chance to reach their first ever finale

Wow, what a comeback by Denmark! I had tuned out, after seeing Korea up a set in the second MD match, thinking Denmark was out for sure, especially after Antonsen layed an egg in his match.

But when I checked the score again, the second Denmark MD team made a comeback to win, and then Rasmus Gemke won! I checked the video replay and it was a nice comeback by Denmark!

I think tomorrow, Antosen is not a guaranteed win anymore for Denmark. Antonsen has been playing so bad in this Thomas Cup. For Laksha Sen though, Viktor will be hard to beat. Not impossible, but hard, probably similar to the AE final with Viktor. For the other matches between Denmark and India, I am not sure. It can go either way.

I havent seen Anders yet. But 70 in favour of KS, you sure bro ? Actually I was rooting for Korea in place of Denmark. I still think we had a better chance against Korea.

Your probabilities are pretty close to what I thought.

Because Antonsen has been playing so bad in this Thomas Cup. And he has been playing bad in 2022, from my memory of the tournaments he participated in.

Antonsen right now is not the same Antonsen that beat Viktor Axelsen in Thailand in 2021 last year to win the tournament in Thailand. The 2019 to January 2021 Antonsen was probably a top 3 player in the world. Not the Antonsen that I have seen this year though.

That's fine but he'll play against Kidambi. As much as I want Kidambi to win, I simply have trust issues with him. That's why I'm dicey and skeptical regarding Antonsen vs Srikanth. Srikanth vs Jeon Hyeouk would have been better imo. Let's see.

So was I. But fate has it the hard way. Not impossible, but really tough.
KS had patches where he turned off as always, but his body language appeared optimistic, he appears faster and fitter than past few occasions and the tournament clearly means a lot to him
Am banking on this, and AA's performance today, although I only watched one game
