M/Q Report version 1 (updated 29th April 2016) => http://system.bwfbadminton.com/uplo...Version 1 updated Friday 29th April 2016.xlsx DRAW date : 17th May 2015 Almost all of top players have been registered here as AUS Open will be the last high level tournament priors to Rio 2016. Korea will bring small squad and second stringers here as most of their elite shuttlers skip this event including defending champion Lee YD/Yoo YS. Lack of participant in WD category, most likely some seeded pairs will get first round bye.
Oh dear, need to read all those conspiracy theory of a particular player again...*hint: not from him but those self appointed spokesman of him
They can improve their Rio ranking probably... Lee/Yoo can't be challenged for No. 1, Ko/Shin are out... Maybe they want to start their Olympic Rio training earlier. Still strange, why WS players play, SWH not and WD players also removed. Can just imagine that it is to tough to gain more points for the seedings...
ko/shin are out maybe they want to start their Olympic training early.. as in they still have a chance? or as in Ko for XD cause without MD shin has nothing to train for I thought it could be the start of more training instead of tournaments leading up the Olympics but that doesn't make sense when MD#2 are still playing as well as senior WS's.
Finally, KOR team will have some rest.. So Zheng Siwei will partner with Liu Cheng here, after partnering with Lu Kai the week before. Interesting! Seems like they are trying to find the right partner for Zheng siwei. Good for him! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Chen Qingchen will have a try with Bao Yixin here, so we are going to see BYX back in WD? Poor Jia Yifan and Huang Kaixiang, they have been left out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
How sad this thread will be soon be hijack by those self appointed spokesman for LD, sharing all kinds of imagination of them, in fact 90% of they said was not from the mouth of LD.

I hope we'll see a better NO there then recently. It would be worrying if just before OLY she goes on with this indifferent form
The WS draw will grab all the attention yet again! http://bwf.tournamentsoftware.com/sport/draw.aspx?id=0F2C2C7A-497D-4F59-A5A6-5EA0546C3DE4&draw=4 1st Quater : AY will once again cross swords with the 2x WC CM! Last week CM proved to be too hot to handle for the JPN wonder girl. The 'in-indiff-form' NO will take on suddenly 'strong-looking' SY in R1! Imao it can be another first Round disaster for the AE Champ. The quarter is completed by another strong player PVS who is although following a yoyo swinging trajectory can spring to the occasion any day! 2: Thus quarter is a CHN dominated fortress! The reigning OG Champ LXR is once again slated to meet her determined compatriot WSX. The recently crowned Swiss GPG champ HBJ although can spoil the seeded party. 3: comparatively the weekest quarter stars the Recent Champion and RU of INA PSS, the crafty and deceptive TTY and the resurgent and hunger-driven WYH! A rematch will be a treat for the fans. But Sayaka Sato a dogged-spirited JPN lady may blow the rematch with her quality footwork and stamina. 4: The Thai prodigy RI who is celebrating the "most successful" 2016 by far will be eyeing another triumphant week here in Sydney! She is slated to have a UC rematch against the Indian Megastar SN who was denied by the former WC in Kunshan. The quarter also features MAS future hopes GJW, the CWG Gold medallist LM and the JPN "marathon-runner" MM!!! Any predictions!!! Edit: CM withdrew, upper quarter is wide open now
Just checked tournament software and a lot of players withdrew Carolina Marin Lin Dan Viktor Axelsen Jan Jorgensen to mention a few
