M/Q Report version 1 (updated 8th January 2016) => http://bwfcorporate.com/documents/?type=tournament_attachments&id=1800

DRAW date : 19th January 2016

Overall it's strong line-up for this inaugural edition of Thailand Masters, some elite players have registered here, Lee Hyun Il, Son Wan Ho, Saina Nehwal, Ratchanok Intanon, Sung Ji Hyun, Ahsan/Setiawan, Kim GJ/Kim SR, Tian Q/Zhao YL, Yu Y/Tang YT, Ko SH/Kim HN, Jordan/Susanto, etc.

CLELY, how can you find the M/Q report? this new bwf website is totally suck..

BWF has two websites now, Fans & Corporate website, you can click BWF Corporate website to get M/Q and Draw updated :) Yup, it's confusing at the moment as the old one is more user friendly :D

Yeah, a bit confusing, the M&Q Reports and Seeding Report are not in the Fans website but the Corporate website - you have to go to Downloads available (top right-hand corner after opening the event page) and select what you want.

Btw, the M&Q version 2 updated 14th Jan 2016 is out.

Saina has registered?? She'll withdraw just in time I think..
I personally liked the new BWF site.. The graphics are good and look is enhanced by the maps.. And changes are always good

Due to injury problems of Zhao Yunlei and Ou Dongni, CBA has withdrawn WD Tian Qing/Zhao Yunlei, WD Huang Dongping/Ou Dongni, and XD Ou Dongni/Liu Yuchen.

A 3rd version of the M&Q has been released with plenty of changes over the weekend but Saina and the Chinese WD are still intact. That doesn't mean they won't withdraw later.

Princess Sirivannavari Thailand Masters cancelled by BAC.
Now Re-scheduled in India from February 15 to 21, 2016.
Prospectus to be notified by BAC soon.

BUT I'm still confused a little bit about the status cancelled or not.

Meanwhile the BWF Corporate still updating on January 27, 2016

Updated date: 27/01/2016

Revised Prospectus Uploaded 23 January 2016 to reflect change to start time of semi-finals. This is the only change made to the original prospectus.

Anybody have any info about this?

The news on the Badminton India website is for the Badminton Asia Team Championships. They were originally scheduled to be held in Bangkok but were, as the notice says, "Re-scheduled in India..." by the BAC. It appears to be a mistake by BAI. Obviously, the Thailand Masters cannot be rescheduled in India, especially not during the week of the TUC continental qualifiers, and the BAC has no jurisdiction over a GPG event anyway.

Nice to see some new faces of India. Shreyansh Jaiswal & Harsheel Dani have started participating tournaments now?

I am making prediction in the final:

MS final : LHI vs. the one at bottom (Zweibler or Home player Bonsak Ponsana).

WS: Saina vs. SJH/home player Rathanok Intanon.

MD: Hendra/Ahsan vs. Kim/Kim

WD winner: CHN TYT/YY for sure.

XD: Reginald/CHW vs. Praveen/Debby

Is Saina playing? She is injured. She did not play India Open GPG .
She's in on track to perform at Thailand Masters, at least have not dropped from the tournament yet (M/Q ver.3 still present her as a contestant)

Jan 14, 2016 - World No.2 Saina Nehwal of India will take part in next month's inaugural Princess Sirivannavari Thailand Masters, organisers said yesterday.

Is Saina playing? She is injured. She did not play India Open GPG .

Saina N. will decide at the 11th hour. She has pulled out of the South Asian Games in Shillong. She has fitness and health issues. Had multiple bouts of fever during the PBL. She needs match fitness to play the Asian Team Championships. She is expected to play here but could pull out in the last minute.
