Lin Dan playing rookie Chong Yee Han with no intensity, his usual 'lazy' controlled game, not even smashing much nor hard.

When XS comes back after a few months he should adopt LD's style to sharpen his skills further first, do minimum smashing and no jump smash until he has fully recovered. Tokyo 2020 is still a long time away and he still has 2024.

Indian MS nightmare continues. A good performance from Prannoy though he lost, will give him confidence for the future.
PV Sindhu needed this win badly. Will boost her morale. She has a tough match coming up. Saina Nehwal was clinical in her match. :)

Jojo was watching quietly while Ginting Anthony was basking in the limelight. He is reminding everyone that he also a good player!

    ;)

A cakewalk for Lin Dan. Chong yee Han is either awed or intimidated or both by Super Dan.

That's a good idea. However, I won't wait until 2024 OG, he should and could aim for Tokyo 2020.

I wonder why do players from USA participating in SSP tournaments. Don't they know this would be too strong for them?

A reversal of Korea-India uber cup match last week:

    SJH vs Sindhu
    Saina vs BYJ

Last week the score is 1-1 for each country, maybe tomorrow will be the same, even though Sindhu chance to sping upset is higher than BYJ, by looking at their H2H is 3-4 in favor of SIndhu

Another fun fact : Praveen Jordan/ Debby Susanto face two exact same opponents as they did in previous All England, just in different order.

They beat Kazuno/Kurihara here in R1, while they beat them in R2 All England
They will face Danny/Vanessa here in R2, while they beat them in R1 All England

Possible encounter with the same opponents for their rest of competition : ZN/ZYL in QF, Liu/Bao in SF, and Joachim/Pedersen in Final

Oh no. I hoped to see him play one of the big guns here in Malaysia. A loss for the tournament. Wonder what injury / illness he picked up :/

Busanan gave Nozomi a scare with a close three-setter.
