What a close match. The reigning World and All-England Champions Tontowi Ahmad/Liliyana Natsir clinched the ticket to their 3rd Singapore Open Final after a nervy ending to the match: 17-21, 21-11, 21-19.

As Gill Clark mentioned, Liu Cheng/Bao Yixin are getting closer and closer to beating the top pairs now. They will be a pair to watch and will surely be in the top 10 very very soon.

Liu Cheng's soft touches and front court play is not up to par.

YES! It will be an all-INA Final in XD as Riky Widianto/Richi Puspita Dili upset Ko Sung Hyun/Kim Ha Na in 3-sets: 20-22, 21-17, 21-16.

INA is guaranteed a title tomorrow and I personally feel Riky/Richi may be "given" the title.

LXR playing a more controlled game, not very fierce so far.

No urgency and no significant improvement from Sung since she won the Korea Open SS - how disappointing. Li Xuerui is having an easy time on her path to the final.

When Tang Xuehua alone is on duty , LXR seems less aggressive.

A disguised trick shot from LXR just turning the racquet to tap it over.

And just when I wanted to switch courts, too...the display on Court 1 is absolutely pathetic to watch.
