Maybe Zhang Ning is the softy type of coach whereas Chen Jin introduces some hard steel into the training. Got to admire Chen Jin for that. It's hard to coach people who were your team mates not so long ago.

Well, Zhang Ning has to take care of a young baby. Can't blame her too much. Chen Jin thought about being a coach from day one, ie, before 2008 Beijing Olympics. I personally think Chen Jin is better as a coach than XXZ.
