Yes, its a rivetting display! :D If something doesn't get updated in 30 seconds, I reach for my pills... :p
Lol where have the days gone where we had radio broadcasts? At least you felt some of the action hearing the play by play.

Nicholas B won't be hitting the "Like" button to any of Toby's posts for a while, I suspect... ;)

And so, round 1 ends with a mass cull. And were it not for

...we could have said, "Not a single seed has fallen in Round 1 of the Canadian Open 2013."

Alas! we cannot say that no more!

Young BCer Brad Mear also sadly exited this event with his MD partner, going down to the US pair of Chew/Stensland. Keep playing hard, mearfx ! The results will surely improve. :)

They played a close 3 games with those young Chinese players at US Open as well. It seems the Chinese got the better of them again.

Ha! Young Chinese players have this habit of coming out of nowhere and going all the way to the finals or thereabouts!

That name Yilv.... sounds almost Hebraic! But a quick search revealed it is actually very Chinese. In fact, it is also a Chinese adverb!

I talked to him, he says it's Yilv. But I looked him up on tournamentsoftware, it says Yilu Wang for World Junior Championships last year.
