2012 Malaysia Open SS: Sunday 15-Jan (Finals)

Why do we have to watch all these CHN-CHN matches ? How does BWF think anybody gets any excitement from watching these matches ?

Seriously, they should allow only 2 CHN players/pairs per tournament.

wouldn't be very fair regarding the efforts made by those athletes who've been training for 15 years to get at this level

I think Xin just can't cope with the Queen's speed of movement and pace of shot. She is the older Wang, anyway.

WYH is ratcheting up the pace and aggression, 7-4 and WX a step slower to all corners....
now 8-4...

I don't care how long they trained for. If they trained for 15 years just so they could face their own teammates in the final, then they probably shouldn't be playing anyways.

If Xin had at least a couple of inches of height, maybe she could have done something with her superior angle shots.

This final is being played at an incredibly fast rate. Rallies are short and the time between points is (unusually) short. I just started watching the match so I'm not sure how the first game was, though apparently it was pretty close. I don't think they're slouching though, they're going at each other instead of just clearing.

WX throwing everything but the kitchen sink at WYH, and it's all coming back!

There seem to be a couple of freight trains passing through the stadium, by the sound of it.... :D:D:D

poor WX. She's created so many opportunities but too many errors when trying to finish the rally or close to it.

@ cobalt

Remind you of the world cup and the vuvuzuelas? Haha, probably not as bad but I definitely thought it =p.
