I'm quite sure Tai TY will give Saina a run for her money.

As usual, from this round onwards we have Gillian(Jo) Clark as the commentator - I like and respect her,on the whole. Who is the other gentleman with her now, cannot remember his name? Later they might invite Morten Frost onto the commentators' box, and we'll be in for a treat, not just excellent commentaries but also valuable pointers about the players' tactics, strengths and weaknesses, areas requiring improvement, coaching advice, etc.

Both Ta TY and Ithanon R are about 17 yrs old, very young, mentally not very steady yet, but tough and all the time improving, with notable scalps. I would expect them to pose the greatest threat to the Chinese Great Wall anytime soon. They are as good as ,if not better than, my favourite Li Xuerui and perhaps Liu Xin as well.

Two lovely cross-court net shots by Tai.

I find myself praising Tai's shots every now and then, and she did it,taking out Saina in two straight sets, convincingly outplaying her opponent. We should understand now that her two previous victories over Wang Xin are no flukes. Imagine beating one of my favourite women singles players twice in a row!

Court 1 is showing live on TV, how about the other courts, are they available on live streaming? I;m keen on Li Xuerui-Liu Xin match later.
