As I can see from the pictures above, - Zhang Yawen/Zhao Tingting wore yellow tees but Du Jing/Yu Yang wore black tees. So, ZYW/ZTT prevailed. *(I assume DJ/YY wore black tee as CHN team only has black yellow for this WC.) - Lu Lan wore yellow tee but Wang Lin wore black tee. So, LL prevailed. - Cheng Shu/Zhao Yunlei wore yellow tees but Ma Jin/Wang Xiaoli wore black tees. So CS/ZYL prevailed.

Had breakfast with davey (who is in the midst of setting up Badzine India). Met Lady Pi there, she's disappointed with her loss but hopes to do better in Paris. Anyway, davey is planning short half-day City excursion for Pi's entourage and some Malaysian journalists tomorrow morning before they head back to Paris and KL respectively. Said hi to Raphy too, now he, davey and avataar are having a short meeting on Badzine India.
This ISTA Hotel is indeed a fine hotel, although the room itself is a bit small. But buffet lunch and dinner is dirt cheap by 5 star standards, something we can never get back home.
Avataar and I are, ahem, expected to win the BC World Championship 2009 badminton title by walkover, without even lifting the racquet. Based on BC tournament rules, other BC forummers didn't show up and this allows us to claim the title "in absentia", wakakaka. All we need to do is take pics at the rostrum. So in the end, Malaysia and India won't return home without a "title". Raphy, however, needs to drive out all that pent up energy and swing racquets with some fellow journalists tonite.
