    INA already has enough in the kitty to be badminton overall champs. Even if MAS win both finals, we lose on silver medal countback.

    I can't help myself laughing when reading some contracting statements by the same person...

    Remember a 14-year-old Mia Audina beat a 19-year-old Zhang Ning back in 90's. Both Mia and Zhang Ning were the 3rd singles for INA and CHN respectively at that time.

    Can people see the similarity and difference here?

    Ratchanok is as promising as Mia once was but Lydia is still not as good as Zhang Ning was.

    So, why are people surprised to see Lydia losing to Ratchanok if Lydia is overrated and Ratchanok is a promising player?

    IMHO, Lydia is not a promisng player but hopefully a late-boomer.

    Yup, so far INA position at #3 and hopefully it will be the same position until closing ceremony tomorrow. Meanwhile Thailand needs more gold medal as Vietnam now at top position with 80 gold:eek:
