    1 stone kills 2 birds.
First bird: To have LD and CJ as 3rd and 4th seed.
2nd bird: To test the improved CJ against LCW.
Smart move but also a shameful move.

Actually, they could have split the court ratio to 6 and 4. The TV court gets 6 matches (maybe both MS). Something like how Malaysia and Singapore does it.

Running it ala Swiss Open will be too long, potentially 10 hours of matches.

no..lin dan was too generous yesterday and both the players was too kind enough;)..so now the crowd will be supporting chen jin later.;)
this time he's wrong i think:D ld loses the title this year, because he got chinese helpers and also the chinese helper eventually whitewashed lin dan himself in the 3rd game.:p lin dan must be thinking, oh this chen jin, he's too much.. never give face at all to me.:D:D
now the true whitewash theory finally comes out.. where chen jin eventually whitewashed lin dan in the 3rd set yesterday with the score 21-4..thats what we called, WHITEWASH!;)

I am not surprised at all by LD's defeat . I have predicted this before he was even born. That's why personally I have never admitted LD's super power.

My theory on LD's lost superiority when playing in Indonesia has been proven.

Anyway, the true Kings are TH and LCW.:D

Good that it goes your way, Indra.
I still think Lin Dan did not play as Lin Dan. Disappointed if it was intentional.
For the 21-4, I agree that Lin Dan had whitewashed himself. If he did it intentionally, then it's a shame for a champion. It'll discredit Chen Jin for the won.

Indra could predict this outcome even before Lin Dan was born?

    .
    :D:D:D This is funny.

Just couldn't believe that indra could predict this outcome even before Lin Dan was born.

NO your statement is unfair to Peter, Lin Dan, Lee Chong Wei, and others.

If the information on Wikipedia is correct, then....

    (1981-08-10)TH is 27 yrs old (August 10, 1981)
    (1976-12-14)PG is 32 yrs old (December 14, 1976)
    (1982-10-21)LCW is 26 yrs old (October 21, 1982
    (1983-10-14)LD is 25 yrs old (October 14, 1983)

So as you can see Taufik is only 1 year older than Lee Chong Wei and 2 years older than Lin Dan while the age gaps between Peter Gade and LCW/LD are 6 and 7 years, respectively.

While Taufik is one of my favorite players along with Peter Gade and Chen Hong, I don't understand why people consider Taufik is aging. He should still be able to maintain high pace gameplay and still remain competitive - yet he cannot at the moment.

Errr, if you've read other threads or earlier pages of this thread, you will find that Taufik's supposed to be 2 years older than his official age of 27. That's why they say "aging". ;)
Other Indonesian players also are said to be 2 years older than their offical age.
