    Here is why.

For WXL/YY, in just under 3 years they been together they were in 23 finals out of the 25 t’ments played with 19 titles. Out of about 125 matches played they’d lost once, only ONCE against non-Chinese pair! That was against the Korean in Korea.

The Olympic Champion delivers very important point for CHN, Li Xuerui def. Lindaweni Fanetri, 21-16 / 21-13.

CHN 2, INA 2. China team can more relax now...

Not a good game between both WS. Linda didn't show his capability of controlling the game and committed several mistakes, while LXR is also not as best when she demolished April at 2nd set Tuesday.

Linda has given a very good fight against Olympic champion.. Though some of other country players has proved their talent to beat Li Xuerui after Olympics, this time li overcame the difficulty with ease..

It is a no brainer to go with LXR. She is ranked #1 and WYH can't guarantee a win for LYB out there.

One fact to remember, at Uber Cup 2010, China lost to Korea 1-3 at the WD match between Du Jing / Yu Yang vs. Lee Kyung Won / Ha Jung Eun... Du Jing / Yu Yang was the reigning Beijing Olympic Gold Medalist at that time, and lost to the scratch pairs of Lee Kyung Won / Ha Jung Eun...

Three years later, at Sudirman Cup 2013, Yu Yang with new partner Wang Xiaoli has to face another scratch pair to decide who will go to the semis against Lilyana Natsir / Nitya Maheshwari... Let's see if the Indonesians can upset world number 1...

Ranking is not important.. Sometimes, Yihan proves her ability better than Li

Yup, last time clash at GER GP Gold last March, Li XR also won over Lindaweni straight-sets. Li Yongbo will not field Yihan who lost to Linda at AE first round.

Li XR played pretty calm and still focus despite her team was trailing 1-2. She did well to save CHN from losing...
