That's the thing -- it's a racket that rewards players with superb technique and accuracy... which describes most pros! Most of us (mere mortals) in the forum don't belong to that category, so it (conversely) exposes poor technique, which leads us to gripe about it in the forums... Having said that, on 'on form' days, I do enjoy that racket quite a fair bit.
It's never good to have an easy first set win, it normally lulls you into complacency. The CHN have a fight in their hands now, 10-15 behind.
The JPN is very determined and play fast and furious, matching the CHN pair, in fact doing better at the moment.
Okay Bao Yixin / Tang Yuanting won the first set 121-6. The match is rather one sided gtoo. Now the Japanese are winning the second set.
The JPN is highly motivated now after equalizing with G2. TYT/BYX will have to step up their game in the 3rd.
The JPN have nothing to lose and that makes it easier to play freely and daringly. The pressure is all on the CHN now.
11-10 and China is leading now. The Japanese shouts a lot when they win a point and show their fists up too. I guess this is rather distracting the China's concentration.
TYT/BYX is still a relatively new, young and inexperienced pair as compared with their established seniors, they have quite a bit of rough edges to smoothen. It'll be good for them to learn how to handle stress when things aren't going their way.
It's never a good thing to have it too easy and smooth-going, you'll never improve or learn much from it.
