According to the PBSI official article, it is up to the sponsors to bid for players they want to sponsor for the next 2 years.

Look like Yonex have big budget to outbid Victor for Jonatan Christie, Gideon Markus and Kevin Sanjaya, meanwhile Li-Ning targeted and bid for certain players only like Tontowi Ahmad and Liliyana Natsir.

Well Fernaldi is not in the picture so will he still be in a contract with Victor?? Because I thought some one commented before that he has also changed sponsors hence and thus I was eager to know about which Yonex racquet he will be using.

Why do you even care what racket he'd choose :D not like it impacts which racket would suit you ;)

With that reasoning, you could just get rid of this entire thread ...

Only because he is a pro wanted to know about what racquet in the Yonex line up shall suit him only just out of curiosity. And surely it won't affect my choice though

Yonex will sponsor both Gideon and Kevin for 2 years (options to renew contract).

Gideon is using and testing new racket in Djarum Superliga tournament (see pic below), he no longer use Victor MX90 racket.

This era different, last time after London the people that went off were mostly at the end of their playing life, this time round peeps like LYD and WSX still have quite a few good years left in them, hence the massive signing spree I guess...
